How it works

1. Install after the shakers

A standalone, portable unit that runs separately from your active mud system.

2. Dry the cuttings

RecoverTank's vertical cuttings dryer spins oil-based mud off the cuttings. Across over a thousand retort samples on hundreds of wells, oil on cuttings dropped by about 70%.

ROC varies with shaker configuration, lithology and fluid type. We measure it on your well.

3. Polish & return

Recovered fluid is polished, metered and returned to your active system, ready to reuse.

4. Keep drilling

A bypass lets drilling continue while the unit is serviced or a component is bypassed.

Built by Fuse

Fuse designed and builds its own RecoverTank units.

When something needs changing, the people who built the unit are the ones who change it.

We run them on your rig with our own technicians.

What we're building next

The same engineering behind our cuttings recovery is now being applied to new markets. Our hydro-vac slurry processing system separates water and solids from excavation slurry so both can be reused or disposed of more efficiently. It is in development. If you have a hydro-vac waste problem, talk to us.
